Refund policy
RETURNS:
TarpHaus accepts returns within 30 days of your delivery on your order. Returns are accepted because of two different reasons listed below.
If you receive an incorrect item or size other than what you ordered and invoiced, please do not use or open the item, immediately take a picture of the item you received and email us with your order number and a brief description of what happened. We will respond with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the incorrect items. We will always make your order correct and take care of our customers to the best of our ability and inventory allows us.
NOTE: When you place an order it is your responsibility to double check the invoice that is emailed to you for any errors before we ship out items. If you notice anything wrong on the invoice, please call us immediately to correct the item. Once shipped, TarpHaus takes no responsibility for any error on the shipping of any product that was invoiced.
If you need to return to return due to ordering incorrectly on your own accord, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery in NEW condition in its original packaging. Please call or email us with your order number and the product you want to return and the reason. We will give you approval and ONLY then can you ship it back to us or drop it off.
- If you need a shipping label to return, we can provide that to you, but you will be responsible for those charges. TarpHaus can deduct the charges out of your refund.
- Original shipping charges are always NON-Refundable.
- If your returned item/items drop your original order total below your free shipping threshold, we will have to deduct the original shipping amount from your refund.
- There is a 10% restocking charge on all returns due to your incorrect ordering within 30days. If it is beyond 30 days and we approve a return for a reason (this is subjective to our discretion), we can charge a restocking fee of up to 30%.
All Returns MUST have your order number inside the box and on the outside of the box so we can properly match the return the correct order.
We will only be issuing refunds, no exchanges will be made. You may reorder the correct product after or before the refund is made.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment only. Refunds may be less any charges TarpHaus charges, for instance, return shipping, restocking fee, Etc. All these fees will be shown on your invoice when the refund is finished, and we will email it over.
Refunds will not be processed until TarpHaus receives your return and is inspected for wear and tear. If your product is returned to us in a used condition, no refund will be issued. We will contact you and if you would like the product back you will be responsible for the shipping. If the product is returned in New and perfect resalable condition, a refund will be issued and depending on your bank, it can take 3-4 days. We will email you a copy of the refund for verification purposes and after that please check with your bank or credit card for the actual refund to process.
