Peerless Folding Handle Binders offer a higher working load limit than standard ratchet binders and can be used with either Grade 70 Transport or Grade 80 Alloy tie-down chain.
It also features a vinyl coated barrel for a strong, comfortable grip. The 3-position pawl offers the driver a choice of ratchet extension, ratchet take-up or a free spinning setting for fast adjustment in either direction.
The folding handle also adds a safety feature and can be locked into position after it is folded, making it tamper resistant. LOCK NOT INCLUDED.
Proof-tested and heat treated for durability and satisfies CVSA and DOT requirements.
